Back up for feeds now!!

So my freind,Acromeme, just message me asking if my google reader had gone crazy and deleted all my feeds. Mine is working fine, but her's are all gone, and these guys too. So i went and backed my up ASAP and you should too. If you don't know how, then there is one thing you'll need: OPML Support Firefox Plugin. Then just go into your settings and click on the "Import/Export" tab.
