Hey Ladies, you are missing out on one of the cheesiest romantics ever. Those of you who know, you know that that when I’m laying it down, I start with a nice thick layer of cheese and I just keep cheese’n until you’ve had enough.

Yesterday I was in rare cheese’n form for the special day for the Special Lady Friend. I started it off with a cheesy card made with pressed flowers from my garden, filled with phrases like ‘I feel’ and ‘hommie lover friend’. Then I whipped out the herb rolled goat cheese and crackers. Which gave me enough time to finish the beer cheese soup. Right before we sat down to watch a movie full of cheese, I quickly tossed the salad, cheese salad that is. Half way through the cheese movie, I noticed Special Lady Friend’s eyes weren’t completely cheese glazed, so bam I sliced open the strawberry cheese cake, and it was smooth cheese’n from there on out.

I know what you are thinking. How do I cheese like riniculous? Subscribing to my arborescent school of thought would be a great start. But for you beginners, i would recommend my recipes.

• 1/2 cup of diced carrots
• 1/2 cup of diced onions
• 1/2 cup of diced celery
• 2-4 tbs of butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1-2 tsp dry mustard
• 4-5 cups chicken broth
• 8 oz sharp cheddar
• 2 cans of beer

• Saute butter and veggies for 5 mins
• Slowly stir in flour and mustard
• Add in broth and bring to a boil for 5 mins
• Add in grated cheese
• Shotgun one of the beers and pour the other in with the soup
• Simmer for 30 – 45 mins

• Sun Dried Tomatoes
• 12 oz can of beer
• Cheese Tortellini
• Steamed Broccoli
• Smoked Gouda
• Dried Salami

• Cook Tortellini and Broccoli
• Dice the salami and tomatoes
• Mix it all together with the grated gouda and a little oil from the jar of tomatoes
• Shotgun beer
